I have purchased Kent RO Ace machine in Aug'22.Within 3 months it was showing issue. I have given the complaint to customer care and they have sent the local franchisee agent which was not equipped with knowledge and said the machine is ok without opening the parts. I requested him to change the filters probably not working fine.
Prior to Kent i have used aquaguard high-end models since last 15yrs and amazing service however the first time kent machine & service is pathetic.
I have to chase with service engineer for more than 2 weeks and now they are asking me money to repair it.The first engineer asked 4600 for membrane/kit changes & second engineer said 1100.
Have purchased the product 10 months back and since then facing issue with local service providers.
THEY AE LOOTING CUSTOMERS.THUS PLS DONT BUT KENT RO EVERRRRR...SINCERE SUGGESTION. Was this information helpful? |
