Incompetent Service I bought a Kent Maxx 11013 iv+uf purifier in October 2020 since we were getting Municipal supply. However, the filters got clogged by nine months and the Kent service sent a person who replaced all three filters on 28 July and charged me for all including the UF membrane warranties for one year. While cleaning the machine, he damaged the overflow mechanism and replaced it with an old one and left but that didn’t work next day so I registered another complaint in no.[protected]. The service tech came on 30th but couldn’t repair it. After promising to come despite reminders, nobody comes. They are simply unable to repair their own machine. Purchasing Kent was clearly a blunder. A big joke. Was this information helpful? | |||
