I'v filed my complain to customer support no.[protected] to repair faulty Purifier. But it goes one week, and none customer support official met me till date. After making contact to the above mentioned no., Only false assurance has been given that "AAJ HO JAYEGA".
Sir, I have bought this in October 2013 and since then I have lodged 4 complains every time it got Major repairs. I would like to request You that I may have supplied with faulty product and therefore it need replacement. I will be quite humble to You, if arrangements would be made to replace this faulty product with newer one.
