This is in context for replacement of my kent maxx water purifier purchased last year. The machine has broken down 11 times over a span of one year and regularly repaired. Still the problem persists but the company is not willing to replace it citing no replacement policy and i have to bear the expenses.in normal circumstances, once or twice the machine can go bad, but in my case it has far exceeded it which proves the manufacturing fault, which the company is not willing to accept. I had been constantly assured that the problem will be solved since the machine was in warranty. Now the machine is out of warranty and the company is demanding charges for repair and spare parts, which is not fair since they are not able to solve the issue for the past one year and their engineers/technicians have failed miserably and not able to solve the problem. Presently the machine is not functional and i am not willing to spend any more on it since there is a manufacturing defect as can be seen from the records. Hence i want my machine to be replaced with a new one as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
