I purchased Kent Maxx water filter on kent website on June 6th 2022, I didnt even got a confirmation/any message reagrding my order.
on June 7th i was continuously reaching out to customer care then they send me order ID but then later again no date / no information regarding my product delivery & installation date.. we have to keep following them up .. its so worst service I have ever seen, again & again they ask us to write an email...its so ridiculous you pay money & we have to keep following them.
