I have been chasing them since the past 4 days for the installation of the new kent product i have purchased and i am failing terribly. Post 2 days of purchase my installation request ticket was cancelled without any intimation to me, upon raising a new request i was assured that the same will be taken care within 15 hours from yesterday evening 18:30 hours, the same has not been completed yet, forget completion of installation i have not recevied a call or acknowledgement of the email i wrote to [protected]@kent.co.in, my tkt no.[protected].
