[Resolved] Kent RO — kent mineral ro water purifier | |
Hi kent team Kent grand ro water purifier was installed on 22nd march 2016. Since then we have lodged complain four times and the details are as follows. Each time the technician is coming and asking to replace something or other. • 15/1/2017- kent grand + service, ro filter replace, ro softener, sediment filter and carbon filter (As visible in the bill) were installed with a total cost of rs 34oo/- • 31/3/17-ballket, v/s (As visible in the bill) installed with a total cost of rs 1235/- • 6/5/17- ro membrane, frt, filter, s-c (As visible in the bill) installed with a total cost of rs 3050/- • 16/7/17- technician says ro filter needs to be replaced This time the technician came and told that the filters need to be replaced and he would charge for that though it is inside the warranty period of 3 months and did not replace and left the place. I called up the customer care to raise another request immediately on 16/7 and the customer support guy told that a technician will reach out to me within 12-24 hours. But no one called me. Today again i have raised a request for the replacement and let’s see what is happening. If this is the kind of service kent is providing and the kind of product they are selling which needs repairing every 3 months, then i would call this as a loot nothing else. Within 1.3 years of buying the kent ro, i have already spent around rs.10000/- on parts and i had bought the product for around 21000 rs. So i want to know the resolution for this kind of pathetic experience. You can see from above, how many times i have called your customer care. This time my request id is: [protected] I want a quick response and permanent solution of this problem. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap. Now within 15 days, the Kent RO has stopped working, The Kent guy came and asked me to change the pump which would cost me Rs.2700/-. That guy is saying this is not only happening with you but all people. Nothing new.
So what is happening here? I am now dead sure, Kent is making us people to buy such low quality products at a very high price and then looting again by maintenance of the products. Within 1 year of buying the product, i have been forced to change all parts of the Kent RO and almost spent around 1000 Rs on it for a product of 21000 Rs.
Now there is no other way. But i am forced to other action and will go to the consumer case and file a case against this.
