[Resolved] Kent RO — Kent Pearl-Algae formation even after changing filter and membrane | |||
I observed algae deposition in my Kent purifier in July 2016. Called Customer care. The person changed the filter and said it would be fine. Later again i observed algae deposition and the person suggested to change the membrane which is changed in 21st November 2016. Again in December i observed algae in the water tank which i cleaned myself. Now again i see Algae deposition. Even the attendant is not sure why the problem is occurs. Every time we paid for the service charges. Could you please let me know how pure is the water which we are actually drinking. The customer should not be charged if the problem is observed in few days after changing both filter and membrane. Please look into it on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
