Kent RO — kent pride plus ro: poor service and quality / replace or repair my ro water tank soon | |||
My kent pride plus mineral ro (Kr[protected]) device has not been filtering and i had tried to call customer service but these people never respond to you properly. I am already having issues with my device. I have bought it on 19th july 2019 from model town and got it installed at my place since then this machine is giving me pain. It has stopped functioning for the 4th time. The service engineer who comes to my house is saying that the filter is not functioning due to the hardness of the water. He is also requesting money each time he comes for service though my machine is still in its guarantee period... Whereas my neighbor is using aqua guard ro filter, which is using the same water supply as ours and has been functioning quite well for 3 years. Then on our previous complaint finally a technician came and replaced the part and said it wasn't an issue of water. There was a faulty part which he got replaced. Now again im getting the same issue and it stopped working. This is becoming a headache I chose kent ro, because of its reputation in customer service and quality. Now i am getting a bad experience at both ends. I kindly request all the above-said issues to be sorted out as quickly as possible, else i am going to take this issue legally as my machine is still in its guarantee period.
