Kent RO — Kent pride RO water purifier complaint for poor AMC service
Respected sir /Madam
I m Kent customer from since 10-12 yrs
I have purchased a Kent RO purifier machine no KR[protected] KENT PRIDE MINERAL RO WATER PURIFIER in 2018 year before and have and machine under AMC last 3 year .
In the year[protected], we have paid AMC charges of Rs 3000 to the service provider Mr Gupta, METRO SALES & SERVICE, Nagpur, great nag road, opposite kunbi samaj bhavan - Nagpur, having mob no [protected], [protected]. AMC SLIP ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE
In Aug 2020 I renewed AMC from Aug 2020 for one yer by paid 3000/-.
But in the NEXT month suddenly due to my major critical cardiac surgery, we went to Pune for treatment and I undergone angioplasty with critical operation and Dr Advised for rest for few month and also due to Covid pendamic strict guidelines & no of restrictions we are not able to come back to Nagpur for few month .
But before leaving from Nagpur we called service provider Mr Gupta for Kent services but he didn't came after several call continuously 4-5 days .
After some month we come back to Nagpur we again call him for Kent routine services as per AMC, again he had not pick up call for 10-12 days unfortunately, we had filied complaint to customer care, then he send one technician, who is very poor technical knowledge & unskilled also not resolved the problem and said us he will be back & resolved the senior techanician but didn't came and our AMC period expired ...
After several times reminders & we called them, he didn't visited and at the last he said my service period expired and he will not visit for AMC & resolved the issues untill renewed the AMC .
We are not expected such poor service & behaviour at all .
As per AMC we availed only one service out of 4 and with not satisfied we the one services also because the issue has not sorted out.
Because of his negligence and non cooperation and bad services we missed the services during AMC period .
Finally you are requested to look into matter and take the necessary action against the service provider and extended our AMC period for next 6 month .
