[Resolved]  Kent RO — Kent prime tc every month the engineer comes thrice

We purchased a new peace in september month but till today the set is getting problem every 10days. Till now the local engineer came 10 times to my house but the problem is not solved till today. The set is having wire kit problem and stops every time and it is not solved by local mechanicsand till now 3 engineers came to our house but the problem wasnot solved. If a consumer gets this much problem why the middle or higher management doesnot concentrating on this issue. We also want to file a case against the company in the consumer court if higher or middle management doesnot solve the issue because in warranty itself its coming this much problem means if after expiry no one cares about this.
