Our ro is under amc.in the month of sept end 2017 on our complaint kent ro representative attended the complaint. On his advice we changed the filters costing rs 4000/ only. But even after change of filters, ro did not perform well and complaints on poor performance went of piling and each time representative came but with no solution. When the guarantee of filters were aboiut to expire we requested to replace these filters but they did no agree.. On our complaint to area manager did not give us any relief. Yesterday another person came and asked for change of filter. So after guarantee period they are now recommending the filter change. If you check the figures, from sept till now there are 8-9 complaints but without any solution. The waste water is coming out continuously even when ro is not on. Cut off of ro not working.
