After the assurance of executive from your company, i have covered my ro under your amc scheme on 27.01.2018 under invoice number 8001. Due to the negligence of the executive some fault was unattended by him and i requested the customer care more than ten times to fix the problem which is their duty as per amc, but a deaf ear has been turned to my request. I advice all the customers of kent not to accept the services of the said company under amc. They purely cheat the people and no attention is given to the problems of the people under amc services.
