It is very disappointing to tell that the kent purifier broke down within 30 mins of the first service. The incident occured on 20/03/2019, we had called the technician for a regular service. The technician visited us and dismantled the purifier to check the filter. After assembling the purifier he was supposed to properly put back in the designated place which was installed earlier (The installation initially was also done by kent technician). After the service, within 30 mins the purifier fell down on the ground breaking the slab. The slab is completely damaged and the incident has happened only because of the irresponsibility of the technician. Due to this i had to replace the complete slab and which costed me 6000. I urge you to refund the money back as this is a faulty service from a kent technician. I have contacted kent service through email multiple times but i haven't received proper response. Hence, i am writing this to you, with the hope that you will intervene, take some kind of action and provide a solution to this nuisance. Was this information helpful? |
