Purchased kent ro for domestic use in maharashtra last year. Coming on transfer to byculla ro was not working hence made complaint to company company sends technician of m/s aakar associates of labaugh, attended on 19.12.17 and replaced choke wire kitt and taken charges of rs.1585 (Including rs 300/- service charge)., still ro not wkg properly. On 22.12.17 replaced water sensor, taken rs 295 charges. On complaining about taste of water attended on 19.01.18 and replaced two parts sediment and carbon taken rs.1300/- (Including 300/- service charges) and assured that after 2 days taste will be ok. When complained that test of water is still bad, attended on 24.1.18 and asked for 2700/- for replacing membrane to improve the taste. This surprising that after taking rs.3180/-he did not improve the taste of water and again asking to change some part costing 2700/- failed to inform me about parts to be replaced otherwise i woud have purchased new one instead spending 5800/- on od one. Even after spending rs. 3180/- i am drinking bad water of kent ro. Is it justified? I am having receipts of 3180/- can i get the justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
