Kent RO — Kent RO faulty spares

Hi Kent,
My Kent RO spare parts have been replaced by your authorised service centre on the 8th of April 2024. New spares have failed to work and a service appointment has been scheduled for the 31st August 2024. On 1st September 2024, the technician came to my place. A technician told me again that the Kent membrane wasn't working. I am wondering whether the one you installed is the used Kent membrane or if it is the new one, I am really disappointed with your service, so I would really appreciate it if you could assist me with this.
