[Resolved] Kent RO — Kent Ro has unqualified service engineers and a Pathetic team
I registered a complaint with KENT on 28th august and the service person came and chacked the machine and then told me that filters are not working properly and needed to be change and changed them at the rate of INR3750 and gone but after 2hrs it showed HIGH MINERALS and when i contacted him he said that this problem will go and today on 6th september i rescheduled the complaint with same problem and this time the ROFLOW was low and the engineer came and told that the flush out pipe has blockage and needed to be changed and he seen the pipe but their was no problem and then also he cutted the pipe and said that installation person will come and will make the way out And Ro FLOW will come good after 1hr but its 8hrs and the ;problem persists and this time its showing low minerals and the service people aren't answering my call and saying that the motor has been blown off . But this can't be possible cause i buyed the product exactly 1year back and the service was done periodically and now as a excuse they are stating that installation was done wrong but that can't be possible either cause the installation was done by KENT people itself. KENT is such a pathetic company and untrustworthy company and not a genuine one and the trust breaking one. SAHME ON KENT, SHAME ON KENT SERVICE PEOPLE AND SHAME ON KENT SERVICE PEOPLE
