I am using kent grand+ since april 2015 and its been 1 year now it never worked properly for even 2 months in continuity. The locality i am living in is having tds of around 200 so this issue is also opted out.
Now i am coming to the problems, when it was newly installed just after few days it stopped working and i called service center they sent one executive and he checked the ro. First he mentioned one part is damaged and need to be replaced then i said its not even 30 days but how a part is damaged then he was just making excuses that tds is high and all but in the end some part i don't remember now was changed.
After 2-3 months one filter again choked and i spent again to get it corrected,
Now it again stopped working and giving a whistle while turned on. When service guy came and told me that membrane is faulty and electric circuit is also not working so need to replace both and told me around 4200 rupee will be charged.in one year i would end spending around 7 thousands just for servicing and all for a kent grand + model which is their very premium one.
My colleagues have installed aquaguard and other locally assembled ro they are working perfectly fine with no issues.
It is very frustrating to use kent products thats why i am opting for another ro of some another company. But one thing for sure i will not use kent. Was this information helpful? |
