[Resolved]  Kent RO — Kent Ro not working properly

Hello All,

This is my third mail and still no reply.
I am writing this mail as I am owing KENT GRAND PLUS MINERAL RO with Serial number KR[protected] BILL DATED 10/10/2013 iNVOICE No.-S[protected] from KENT RO SYSTEMS LTD, Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurgaon.

Since the purchased date I had faced lot of issues with this product.I called Kent customer care 8 to 9 times for some or the other reasons for its proper working. Everytime your technician came and change some or the other part and RO start working.I had purchased the new Kent RO from your company and it is in warranty but it doesnt mean that with in 1 year I had to call your customer care for the repair.Please help me to look into this issue as this product was not upto the Kent standard which was given to me.

However, As everybody knows that KENT RO is a Brand name and have very good reputation in the market. However it was my first experience of buying a KENT MINERAL RO and I feel really exhausted .If someone in KENT have time to look in this issue, would be great help.Looking for a positive reply from someone in KENT, India. Please help me.
