I bought this purifier last year, for regular service, i called up the executive twice, every time technician came and checked the purity level of water and said its ok. Last week the inlet point of filter broke, the technician came and said that filters are completly jammed coz' these filters are not cleaned for last 12 months which resulted obstruction in flow of water and it broke. All it hapened because technicians did not cleaned the filters . I have to pay rs.4000 for replacment of filters.
If these technicians do not know their job. Why do u hire them?
are we suppose to tell them, what to do for servicing of the product??
