[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro replacement of filters | |||
We asked for replacement of the filters off our kent ro water purifier. The otp was 65527. Though it was assured that the technician will come in 48 hours, no technician has visited here still after 5 days. First the chittoor office contacted me on phone and transfered the case to tirupati office. The tirupati office contacted me on phone and assured to come on 3rd september for sure. Yesterday (4th setember) i called him again to remind. He again assured me to come today, but has not come. Now he is not even picking up the call. The filters are now so damaged that waterflow has come down and we even do not know how much safe is the water that we are giving to our kids to drink. Was this information helpful? | |||
