I am sumit tyagi. I purchased the KENT RO in October 2015 IN LALITPUR UTTAR PRADESH. Ball set was also installed to achieve a better performance. During first year, two or three minor problems came, but I ignored them and got the problems rectified by the kent technician who installed it. In this first year on a regular basis (after one or two moths), we also changed the filter of ball set. But now problems are coming regularly from last six/seven months. You can see the attached photograph with this mail. The supply terminals of the card got short circuited. The RO was not switching on. I informed the service centre. After making me frustrated for more than four/ five days, they attended the problem with the same person who installed the RO in beginning. I asked him about the problem, he said, ” the quality of connection terminals is like this only”. Now on 19/04/2017, one of the filters got burst (it looks so awkward to say burst but it is reality). With due respect, I want to ask “WHY SO MANY PROBLEMS ARE COMING??” ** IN MY HOME TOWN WE ARE HAVING A RO OF AQUA GUARD, THEY PROVIDED SERVICE FOR FIRST ONE YEAR WITHOUT ANY COST, BUT IN KENT’S CASE EVERY TIME I HAD TO CALL THE PERSON AND SPEND MONEY?? THEN WHAT IS USE OF SPENDING MORE MONEY TO BUY KENT PRODUCT JUST TO HAVE FAKE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?? ** KENT IS BIG NAME, PERSONS OPT FOR IT BECAUSE THEY WANT QUALITY AND PEACE OF MIND REGARDING RELIABILITY, BUT IT HAS GIVEN ME A WORST EXPERIENCE. **HAD I MADE A MISTAKE BY BUYING THIS PRODUCT????????
