I have been using kent for some time nw... it worked well for initial one year... after that, the system has started malfunctioning... at times, the filter become non ops, else the motor gets burnt... the RO reps have visited my house for 7 times in the past four months but the issue still persists... it has stopped working again... and the best part is when the rep says that the water line has to be adjusted for better pressure.. but the question is that the same system was working fine for past one year with the same water line and pressure... and each time the rep visit, a sum of 500-600 is charged for some or the other part being replaced... totally dissatisfied with the system... request the issue be resolved at the earliest...
