The complaint was registered through their app and in the product of Just 10-12k, the yearly maintenance cost is of 6K from the end of first year itself.
I have registered Service request (Case Id:[protected] for Motor Noise issue and water container getting filled very slowly.
The Service agent came and replaced 5-6 filters including membrane and told me that pressure issue was due to blockage in these filters. The speed of the water was still slow and TDS of the water after replacement of filter was 700. He told me that it happens with the new filter and issue will resolved gradually in half an hour or so. And he took the satisfaction code with Rs 5925 for all filters and left. After 2.5 hours when container was just half filled, I called him about the issue and he told me that he will come and check,
He never came back for 2 days as the ticket was marked as closed. I re-register the new complaint (case Id:[protected] and then new agent visited and told me the issue of pressure is due to motor pump and it need to be replaced with Rs 2800 as charges.
They expect me to pay Rs 9000 for a 6-7 year old RO of Kent of worth Rs 10k (for new).
Kent has a monopoly of his items and charge too high for their filters which is an yearly cost (6k). They are stealing from customer. Was this information helpful? |
