My product is in amc till 24th april 2019, but purifier is not working so i asked sun services on 30th march 2019 to do need full but they start saying that it will be chargeable. I have purchased amc of product by paying 5500 and within a year again asking for money for product despite amc. So you can understand every year i need to pay two times of the same value. Its very wrong things to maintain such kent ro.

I have lost my bill & warranty card of my water filter Kent RO purchased last year ..it's within warranty period..it needs service as it has suddenly stopped working. When I requested the service center of Kent RO bhopal they refused for free service as my warranty and bill were missing..my phone must be registered in reliance digital store in db city mall bhopal
