I had purchased the above model & the same was installed in december 2015. the machine stopped working last week and had placed a complaint on 9th july, 2016 and was attended the same day. two filters were replaced and i was charged rs.1000/- as the technician informed me that these were not covered under warranty. but he mentioned that the replaced parts will be covered under warranty for 3 months, which i find it strange as the original is not covered.
The machine again stopped working on the 11th july, 2016 & had called kent call centre and lodged the complaint again. till today i. e., 12th july, '16 no one had come to repair the set & when i called the call centre again, they informed me that i have not lodged any complaint. i had infact called them at 9.56am & the call was for 3min & 5 seconds. i have the call details in phone and have taken a screen shot of the same, if kent needs any confirmation.
I thoroughly disgusted with the way the after sales service is being provided by kent or their franchisee and hope my complaint is attended to at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
