sales rep, Kent, Mr ajay singh woefully unaware of the ingredients of safe drinking water as required by NSF. When requested to provide the certificate for the required ingredients, we were give copy of a certificate dated 08 Feb 2006. When contacted, the Manager, Mr ranjeet singh first confirms to meet us with the latest certificate but within next one hour conveys he is too busy.
