Kent RO — Kent ro supreme stopped working in less than a month

Hi. I just got my kent ro supreme's filters and uv light bulb changed on 26th march 2016 and just now the ro started giving an infinite beep. It not even a month and the ro stopped working.What's going on? You guys charged me so much for all the filters to be changed (Rs 4520/-) and not even a month o[censored]sage, things are not working and ro stopped giving water. The water quality at my home is normal so why this ro stopped working? My father is a patient dependent on ro water. I want this to be immediately fixed.
