[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro water purifier bad customer support
I have purchased the kent grand new mineral ro and it stopped working within one year. I raised a service request to the customer care and they allocated a technician. When i called a technician, he refused to visit home and asked me to send the warranty card on the whatsapp, which i refused to send. From that time i am keep on calling customer care number and it is forwarding to the technician who is not picking up the call.
No what should i do. I have no way to connect with the customer care and raise a new complaint as i have been keep on forwarding to the technician.
