I am not happy with the service support given at mira road mumbai. the warranty has just been expired and i am loaded with bunch of troubles from the kent ro machine. I was asked to change the filters and I did so by paying 800 + 300 (visit ) charge. the machine has stopped today again after 25 days. i have spent around 20 K so far in 14 months for drinking purified water. I did a wrong choice and fell prey to the cheap business tricks from the comapny sales executive.
