Kent RO — Kent Supreme RO+UV Water Purifier is not working since from 2nd June 2015. Very poor service is provided to the customers.

Dear Sir/Madam, My Kent Supreme RO+UV Water Purifier is not working since from 2nd June 2015, matter reported to KARAN ENTERPRISES 42 A/D, GANDHI NAGAR on 4th June your boy visited my residence and changed the Auto Flush by charging Rs 900/- but the said water purifier only worked for half an hour. Till then almost everyday matter has been reported to your office/officer Mr. Varun, thrice your boy visited with Old/2nd hand/ Repaired Auto Flush system. My water Purifier is still on serviceable mood, very poor service is provided to the customers Advise for the further action, Should I proceed to consumer court.
