[Resolved] Kent RO — kent water purifier and kent customer service

Hi sir/madam,
This is shubhanshu pandey. I bought a kent water purifier in july 2017. Till now many times we have to call customer service to repair it. It is almost new machine and i think it is defective one as i don't understand how can a new machine needs this much of repairing. Since this is in warranty, we called customer support many times. They usually come and and don't fix the actual problem. They said that the part which needs repairing is very costly and the machine is in warranty. So it seems like they are not fixing the actual problem and waiting when the warranty will end then they can charge us money. I don't understand what we can do in that type of situation that's why i am writing this complaint. When i bought this product i had trust on kent. I hope this trust will be forever and kent will take action on this.
