We have purchased kent maxx 7litre (Uv+uf) purifier through flipkart and it was delivered on 12th oct.
On the same day of the product delivery, kent technician visited our home for installation and informed that the purchased purifier will not work at your residence due to low water pressure.
He advised to buy a separate booster pump from kent which would be an additional cost of rs.2500/-.
Before purchasing the filter, we visited kent website to understand the product details and concluded to go ahead with kent maxx (Uv+uf) for bmc water line.
There is no information on your website about water pressure and its consideration while selecting the product. Also, nothing is mentioned about booster pump to overcome pressure problem.
We raised this issue with ken customer care and asked for replacement of the purifier or return it with refund.
However, our request was rejected couple of times and the purifier is still lying with us in packed condition.
We don’t want to install any booster pump in our system and the product is of no use for us.
Hence we once again ask you to look into this matter and assist us in getting the product returned and refund the amount paid for the same.
As informed by customer care we wrote a mail to kent servicehelp desk, they have only replied once to get the product details and than no response is received.
