I am using Kent Water purifier 'Prime Mineral RO' for one year. the product started giving problem after 6 months. the technician changed one cartridge and again 6 months the issue started.
Since last 3 months every month the machine is breaking down.
The local support people are rude and not able to fix the issue.
I talked to them many times but they doesnt seem serious enough and they always that it happens.
i have written at least 5 times to the Kent Customer Care but they have not taken any action and i continue to suffer. Was this information helpful? |
