Kent RO — kent zoom plus vaccum cleaner

We had purchased 2 Kent Vaccum cleaners and apparently both of them are not working. Raised a complaint through Kent App and it was allocated to a vendor VRK Enterprises. Case Id:[protected]. Had multiple calls with the engineers and also spoke to the Kent Area Manager (Bangalore) who committed to fix it within few days (Monday). The case is opened on 30-Jan-26. All the necessary documents are shared but no response yet to fix the issue. Now looks like the case is closed without even looking or addressing the issue of the vaccum cleaners. Being tired calling up Kent Customer care and no one responds neither the vendors nor the Kent related officials. Please take a note of this and address this appropriately as we have been using multiple Kent products, With this experience we are having questions raised on the Kent products itself.
