Hi Team,
I had issue with My Kent grand+ RO in the month of June'17 so I called customer care and ask to send executive services. A boy came from "Quick Services" and said need to change carbon filter and other filter. I said ok and paid him 2k(receipt attached). Within 4 days RO stooped working, the same Guy came name Gaurav and said need to change motor head and asked for 1k, I paid receipt attached. Again within 5 days RO stopped working and had call him again. He came and said sir another filter has to change.
And was asking for 2.5 k. I asked him to change it. But spoke with CC and denied to pay any charges as per the policy i[censored] encounter the same problem with 15 days you will not have to pay any charges. And my simple request was to check system properly at once and give the estimates for faulty parts so Customer will decide what to do instead of every other day asking for 2-3 thousands.
Now again My RO is stopped working and now I have raised 6-7 requests. The same agency "quick services-Pune" closing ticket without any action. And customer care also of no use.
