I requested for the first service as observed kent upper body part was having water leakage and moisture all over the box.
Service guy came and suggested to change all the filters instead of buying a new one giving surety that problem would get resolved by just replacing the filter parts and other body parts but i see still persist and its still having water leakage and moisture problem plus one more problem started that kent is running but it's not filtering water to the level set inside the box.
When asked to have a look on it properly, i was asked to pay service fee i. E. 300 -400 rupees.
Now my question is -
Why kent ro is sending a person not having proper idea of the problem?
Initial problem started with moisture and then water leakage that i clearly told them in the starting. If we clean the surface by replacing the filters, even check if moisture problem still persist is going to take 10-15 days or even 30 days, then if problem still persist why i would be charged in next visit if for the same problem?
Who is going to pay for the another problem that is started now?
