I bought Kent Wonder Mineral RO filter 3 months back. It breaks down almost every week and i have had 10 technician visits till now in past 3 months. Filter itself and indicator isn't working again.I have called and mailed multiple times but to no avail. They have same response irrespective of filter issue. Kent support is really pathetic. Kent machine is breaking down almost every week although it's brand new. Last complaint with Case ID [protected] is also open for more than a week without any action. I am fed up with constant follow ups and want kent support to get it fixed at the earliest.
