Kent RO — Machine not attended under amc

Being a nationalized brand, we believe that kent will provide service on pan india basis.

I am using kent pride since last few years.

My machine is under amc & amc is being renewed from authrozed channed partner in gurgaon.

Now i have shifted to chandigarh.

Kent representative have refused to give service due to state change which is totally unacceptable.

There is no update from Kent Service Team.

My existing AMC is not ownered by Kent due to state change.

Either give me relaxation for this year or charge me for balance year.
