I brought new machine on feb-2016 which has 1 year warranty it worked ok for first 1 year but after that it started creating an issues.
In 3 months after the warranty one by one part is getting damaged and the engineer asked me to change that part as we are not going to repair the same you must have to fit the new one.
First they asked me to change the electric kit as it was not resetting the beep. After few days machine created an issue again i called the engineer he asked me to change the uv tube. That again i changed it. Now third time machine is down and when i called the engineer he asked me to change the motor pump as they are not repairing the parts. What i think is that they intentionally doing something in machine which will create damage in next 2 months and they can continue there business like this only. For these 3 servicing they charged me 350/- per visit and part cost extra. They are straight forward cheating the customer and we as customer know this but dont have any option as we dont want to play with our health and we must want the purifier to in working condition all time.
