[Resolved] Kent RO — mental harassment | |||
Hi there, We have been using kent ro for nearly 4 years and always recommended it to several people. This year in february, we took amc (₹6500) from apex service centre which is based at laxmi nagar, east delhi (Invoice no: 9214). This was suggested by your helpline number when we asked for techcian visit to fix the fault. There services are appalling and we have been continuously facing difficulty with the services. They don't address the issue efficiently and when u call them again, they are very rude. Since we took amc, this is 9th time ro developed malfunctioning. Yesterday (5th may) technician told us that smpc is faulty then he installed local smpc.. I asked him for kent's smps only then i had word with their manager (Mr. Akshay) and he ensures me to send the same guy again today (Sunday, 6th may) to install kent smps. I waited for technician until 3 pm then called them. Mr. Akshay was very rude and he abruptly turned down the request. He said, "we're out of stock". I have been devastated now and considering ti take this matter to consumer court now. I hope u will address this concern and i will wait for ur reply.
