Dear Customer Care Officer. I Basil Baradeiya R/O. B-9/6196 Vasant Kunj New Delhi - 110070 Mob: [protected]. I would like to inform you about your Service team who had contacted me and said that my System is due for service. Dear Sir. I was contacted by Kent Ro Dwarka Named Miss Neha Mob. No. [protected] and send a person Named Aman Mob. No. [protected] to my House for checking the system and as he assumed that filter has to be changed and one in fact my system was in good condition but i told him to change and do what ever is needed but he promised to come back the next day and he kept the system in broken condition this was on 20.09.2014. Till date no one came and no one is picking my calls. Now i am sending this complain to you before going to Consumer Court and i am looking for an Immediate action from your good self.
