[Resolved] Kent RO — misbehaviour and denial of service for service request | |||
Kent service is the worst of services provided to customers. They are the most unprofessional and do misbehaviour towards customers and do not cater to any of the customer concerns/requests. I raised a service request for sunday (17th sept 2017), on a urgent priority basis. The service center name "alex home appliances" sends technicians. Have number of complaints against the center : 1. Their technicians are completely unprofessional and have no manners at all. They have inconsistency in the words of each technician they send. Last month 28th of aug, 2017, another technician from the same center had come and informed us that if the next service is within 30 days, then the service charge would be waived off. I tried to clarify the same on calling the center office. The person in charge started misbehaving and using abusive language with me (To a lady customer) and ordered the technician not to do any work and leave. 2. Later all though i agreed to pay the service charge (Which i was not supposed to) still he instructed the technician to leave without doing any work. 3. The person started threatening me in regional language mentioning "do anything you want to, complain anywhere, i will not allow my person to work". 4. After which, moreover, the technician who was at my place, started misbehaving with me (To a lady customer alone at home) and left shouting. 5. Moreover they have such bad technicians that they do service in such a way that everymonth i am having to raise a servcie complaint. On taking this up to the kent service call center and higher authorities, still no action was taken. Kent being a basic necessity of water being not available, such issues needs to be addressed on priority basis. But no action is being taken and i am being continuously told you arrange for other ways of water, they will look into it later. The most un-ethical behaviour received. Without any co-operation and being insulted and utter misbehaviour of the center. I would urnestly request a strict action against the service center "alex home appliances" on priority.
