[Resolved]  Kent RO — misbehaviour of technician

Few day before i was interested for a demo of kent ro purifier. The technician came into my house. I talked over phone and said please talk with my mom /dad and tell them how purifiers work. I choose one product if i am satisfied. Next day he called us and i said i am interested in other company products. Having heard this he came misbehave over phone. For his behaviour i cancelled the order which i never done. I never said him that you are giving demo and i will purchase.
Today he came again my house and misbehave with my mom using slang languages.

Is this way you deal with customers? How dare him to attack personally? How can you pressurise customers having threaten them? I am very much disappointed with this incident.

Please take a necessary step against this rude,
Uneducated and unbearable guy immediately.

Today his senior called me after getting mail from Kent.He is very Ashamed for his employee so called Mr.Sanjib Das who is still denying everything . But his senior apologized to my mother.He accepted his mistake.

In this situation I want to close this matter here.

My Advise Kent, in the future, please send a properly educated person to the customer's home who can speak at least politely.
