[Resolved] Kent RO — misguided by kent customer executive | |||
Kent customer executive nagaraju ([protected]) promised to address our issue with kent ro grand plus since 15 feb to 9 mar. He has been promising for dates and never showed up. He has misguided us for about 20 days. On 9 mar we raised a request[protected] and got our issue fixed in next 24 hours. Lesson learnt is to not trust any representatives verbal confirmations. I wanted to bring this up to make sure it doesn't repeat to anyone else. Please do the needful to help nagaraju understand to have customers guided properly. How is it possible for an insect to enter the closed tank. It was not expected from Kent.
