Product code-11004, product name kent pride, sr.no. -kr[protected], installed on 07.12.2009 i have been regularly servicing my RO EVERY YEAR last service was done on 12.3.2016 callno. [protected], branch name greater noida u.p., voucher no. 169238 amounting to RS 4050/-Receiptno- 758772
when i today contacted service centre they asked for sevice charges, cost of items if replaced
why should i pay for items /service which has been done six months back
if items attached with machine worked properly for six and half years then why on replacing they havnt worked properly for six months and asking for charges
