I have purchased Kent Grand Plus RO on 22.04.2018. Within few days of purchase of product it started giving troubles.
First time i. e on 25.06.2018 carbon filter and one other part was changed
Within one week after this RO again stopped working. I asked the engineer not to close the case because after lodge of complaint service engineer take 48 hours of time to visit. But everytime the case is closed without my permission and without getting issue resolved.
On 29.06.018, the machine again stopped working and i called the engineer but his reply was same “i will change the parts but there is no permanent solution to this”, i told him it means your product is not serving what it was supposed to service and hence you should take back your product and refund my money back. He did not agree and said let him try once more. He cleaned the filters and machine started working.
Third time on 11.07.2018 again I lodged the complain as water was not being refilled again, again engineer came did some cleaning.
Fourth time i.e on 17.07.2018 also water was not being refilled and engineer came on 18.07.2018 and told that filter is blocked. He Changed two parts in the RO - one was iron filter. Also note that water from RO is not odourless, a smell is coming from the water and engineer is telling that smell will come if there will be some problem in the machine so again I asked him to replace machine. I have purchased a branded product and if product will give this much of trouble i would not continue with it. He called his manager and i had talk to him. His manager told do whatever i want to do he will not replace the machine nor he will give refund.
I request you to please take immediate action on this and assist me in getting my money back. This product is defective and service of RO is very poor. Was this information helpful? |
