I PURCHASED KENT ROPURIFIER (EXCELMODEL)IN MAY2014 BUT DUE TO CONSTRUCTION I ASK THE INSTALLATION IN DEC -2014 FROM THE COMPANY ..COMPANY PERSON INSTALLED THE UNIT IN DECEMBER AND FILL UP THE WARRANTY FORM IN DECEMBER 2014 ...I GOT COMPLAINT IN MACHINE IN JULY2014 ...I CALLED FOR THE SERVICE OF MACHINE ...BUT SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID THAT YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRES IN MAY2014 ...AS THEY COUNT THE DATE OF PURCHASE AS WARRNTY START DATE ...NOT FROMTHE DATE OPF INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT ..AND DECLINED TO GIVE THE SERVICE TO US ...PLSCONFIRM AS WHEATHER THE WARRANTY STARTS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHSE OR FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION ..
