Kent RO — Motor damaged. Replaced an old Motor (approx 7 years old) instead of repairing my new motor (1 year old)) | |||
Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing here as I am not satisfied with the after sales service by Kent. I have a Kent RO 1 and half year old, just done the AMC few months back with Axis Consumers in Kolkata. As per the technician visit, we were told that our motor is damaged and what they did was replaced the old motor (approx 7 years old) instead of repairing my new motor (1 year old). When I talked with the head over the phone, he agreed to repair it and install after some time and installed the old motor for temporarily. Next day, that old motor stopped working and we again complained for the same. Then the customer care from Axis Consumers said that they will not replace our motor and will just work on the old motor installed. Please take the necessary action against them. Every two months the machine stops working
Every two months the machine stops working and when the service centre is contacted...they turn up after repeated calls...for these many days we have to get mineral water frm outside67%
