I had asked for a visit in 1 st week of march
The technicians visited and no resolution was done.
2 technicians had visited and highlighted that the reason i have been spending on changing parts of kent in past year is because the person who had fixed it was done wrongly may be on purpose this is how kent is cheating customers.
I was made to speak to some manager too but no help no one turned up to rectify it and the complaint was closed with out resolution without my consent... Very poor services!!
I have again reached out on customer care, but this being a new complaint again the technician wont know what happened before...
I need you to open my previous complaint as it was not resolved... I need kent to look into it on priority as... A brand like kent cannot give services from a month and close complaints without resolving, the customers are suffering this way the technicians always come and charge us saying parts need change making money from innocent customers and kent does not bother to look into it!!
