[Resolved] Kent RO — no drinking water | |||||
Have had the worst service from kent ro.. Replaced membrane and motor and charged me rs 5200 including 300 service charge on 11 april 2018 but water purifier is still not working which was reported immediately within an hour. Both customer service and technician said they will be there asap but never showed up. Third day without drinking water. The technician and customer service dodge calls and never call back. Have called the customer service number numerous times but either there is no answer and they say they will callback. These are the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Apr 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Received a callback immediately from customer service who informed me that I had been dealing with an unauthorised dealer posing as Kent RO. They logged an official complaint and assigned a technician. Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
